And since 1992, this well-rounded understanding has earned him the distinction of having a “global common sense” approach in the mortgage business.

Using his vast, proven know-how, Thomas oversees all aspects of operations at JMJ Financial. He stands behind his philosophy that you should never sacrifice quality for quantity. He believes when you act with kindness and integrity...along with pride and passion...you’ll be remembered as someone great. And it’s these key beliefs that have shaped and molded JMJ Financial into the highly regarded and respected company it is today.

This same philosophy fuels his passion in his personal life as well – frequently running 5K and 10K races that help support numerous charities. He enjoys being cheered on by his never dull and supportive family...and very much cherishes the time they spend together.



Virgil Kyle

Using his background and degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems, Virgil Kyle excels at finding simple solutions to difficult problems. And it’s this problem-solving ability that makes him a great resource to JMJ Financial and its team.

Whether he’s assisting a loan officer to help answer an intricate question or he’s working on creating more efficiency in the loan process, Virgil utilizes his ability to sort through and analyze data quickly. He also has a knack for taking ownership of a situation...and loves the challenge that each and every day brings.

Driven by his competitive nature, he’s just as passionate about finding the best solution to a complex issue, as he about playing polo and golf. And when Virgil isn’t in the office or on a sports field, you can find him with his family at the pool or the beach. .



Ryan Robertson

Working his way through college as a personal banker and eventually earning his degree in Finance and Real Estate Law from CSULB has given Ryan the knowledge and skills to provide borrowers and realtors alike with an exceptional loan experience. In fact, he’s been doing just that since 2001.

It’s Ryan’s goal for each and every client to have the best possible result during their time with JMJ Financial. He operates under the belief that every step of the loan process should be handled in an upfront manner – eliminating any surprises along the way.
